Origonese:

Lesson 5: Nourishment, Tools & Vehicles

Goal: Expand your everyday vocabulary with words for diet, utensils, vehicles, and food, while learning how to indicate plurals in Origonese.

1. New Vocabulary

2. Grammar Rule: Plurals

In Origonese, adding an 's to the end of a word makes it plural (e.g., O-scoopy-lo's for spoons, O-pokey-lo's for forks).

• Note: The plural 's is generally optional—context usually makes it clear, so you don't always need to add it!

3. Practice Sentences

Try speaking these sentences aloud to practice blending your new words with concepts from Lessons 1–4:

1. "Ori need my O-scoopy-lo so Ori can O-munchy-lo Ori's O-cereal-wo!"

(I need my spoon so I can eat my cereal!)

2. "Ori drive Ori's O-transporty-lolo."

(I drive my beloved car/vehicle.)

3. "Ori am O-leafy-lo!"

(I am vegetarian/vegan!)
